David Greenwood, CH

Certified Hypnotherapist

David Greenwood is a Certified Hypnotherapist with over 10 years experience and is the founder of Greenwood Hypnotherapy Center in Folsom, California. He is certified by both the National Guild of Hypnotists and the American Board of Hypnotherapy. For the last two years he was the Lead Hypnotist for Positive Changes Hypnosis Center, during which time he used hypnosis to help over one thousand clients. He is a contributor for the Expert Advice section in both the Folsom and El Dorado Hills Telegraph newspapers on the benefits of Hypnosis and gives talks and presentations to both private and community groups.

David is actively involved with continuing education in a wide variety of Hypnosis topics including Inner Parts Therapy, Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation, Conflict Resolution, Relationship Issues, Spiritual Journeys and other pertinent topics. In addition to attending conferences, conventions and workshops, he continues to pursue training with such teachers as Cal Banyan, Gerald Kein, Don Mottin, Roy Hunter and other prominent Hypnotherapists.

One of his goals is to help others awaken to the power of our Inner Parts, allowing for a healthy individual to emerge and create an exceptional life.  He also enjoys the entertainment aspects of hypnosis and is a certified Stage Hypnotist who performs for schools, fairs, individual parties, corporate events and non-profit organizations.

A native of the Northwest, he received his Masters Degree in Science at the University of Arizona and is the author of a novel (The Guardian) on inner parts. An avid outdoor enthusiast, David actively uses hypnosis to improve his golf and tennis skills as well as his appreciation of nature. He has traveled extensively, including several journeys around the world – one of which lasted almost two years.
