My extensive background in nursing and anesthesia adds a depth of knowledge, experience and compassion that many hypnotists may not possess. I am certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists as a Certified Hypnotherapist. I have a specialty certification in the treatment of chronic pain. I am a Certified 5-PATH Hypnotherapist, Master Hypnotist and 7th Path Self-Hypnosis Teacher through the 5-PATH International Association of Hypnosis Professionals. I have trained under two of the world’s best and most-admired hypnotists: Ron Eslinger and Cal Banyan.
Hypnosis is a state of relaxed, yet focused, concentration that allows the subconscious mind to more easily and permanently accept positive suggestions. This is where beliefs and cell memories are stored. Hypnosis replaces negative beliefs with positive ones in order to successfully change behavior.
