I specialise in weight management. After struggling with weight issues for many years, I finally found the solution, it was not outside, but it was within my subconscious mind. I use the 5-PATH® system of Advanced Hypnotherapy, because it gets to the root cause of what is really going on underneath that unhealthy way of living.
It’s about discovering the truth. It allows the client to gain insights into why they have the issue in the first place. Through the 5-PATH® system of Advanced Hypnotherapy, the client can change unhealthy habits from within and this transformation will now be working automatically in their outer world, without stress and tension. Once we clear the negative emotions through the 5-PATH® system of Advanced Hypnotherapy, living a healthy lifestyle will now be coming from a place of Self Love instead of hate, blame, shame, guilt, regret and fear.
